What is "Hire with Perform"

Perform works with our clients in two different ways:

1. Hire with Perform is when we help them source talented highly technical nearshore developers who become integral long-term members of their software engineering teams.

2. Build with Perform is when we provide a managed service leveraging our in-house performance and quality engineers to take on their testing and performance needs.

What roles can I hire for?

Perform specializes in technical engineering hires and the roles - such as UX/UI design, Data Science, or Scrum Manager - that support the engineering function directly.

How do I pay those I hire?

There is a minimal placement fee for full-time permanent hires.

How qualified and talented are the candidates?

Perform was founded as an engineering consultancy and practically all of our staff have a technical background.

This allows us to have a rigorous hiring process and ensure only the most qualified of candidates.
